D Beach Resort, Natal

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while it has a beautiful location right by the beach, there are several areas in need of improvement. The rooms are average and could use some updates, but the pool area is lovely. Customer service was a major letdown, impacting the overall experience significantly. On the bright side, the breakfast options were quite good and varied, making mornings enjoyable.

While the hotel's view is stunning and there's a variety of nearby restaurants, the overall experience was disappointing. Our room was outdated and uncomfortable, with a lot of maintenance issues. Although some staff made an effort, the service left much to be desired, especially with regard to dining options. The local beach is also not ideal for swimming due to pollution, which is quite concerning.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which boasts an incredible view of Morro do Careca and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants. However, the rooms can be quite far from the reception, and navigating the stairs can be exhausting. Overall, the location is great, but the room allocation could be better.

I recently returned from a week at D Beach Resort in Natal. The location is indeed lovely, right on Ponta Negra beach, and I enjoyed the beautiful views and clean surroundings.
